VISIBLE ANCHORING SYSTEM - TYPE A & B

  1. After drawing the element positioning on the facade, according to the design, drill and fix thebrackets by  means of mechanical or chemical plugs.
  2. At this point the vertical uprights are assembled and then aligned parallel to a plumb line. After making the holes, insert the rivets and lock Rivets are inserted according to the project specifications, so as to create either "fixed" points or "sliding" points.
  3. The insulating material shall be fixed by means of 3 ÷ 4 nylon plugs m2.
  4. After having established the exact starting height, the base clips are inserted.
  5. The EPDM rubber profile is pressed in place into the groove obtained from the rising profile.
  6. Now the spacer is rested on the clip and locked by means of the joint clip.
  7. The spacer is rested on the joint clip, taking care of using the section concerning the desired joint (4 - 8 mm). Then just drill and lock the rivet.
  8. Facing is accomplished by repeating this operation.

  5. Now it is possible to fix the horizontal profiles slotted at the correct height. (See "panel preparation").
  6. The panel shall be “hung” by fastening the clips to the horizontal profile .
  7. 8. Finally, adjust the screws on the adjusting clips so as to obtain  horizontal joints of the right size

SLAB PREPARATION

The preparation of the slab consists in:
1. Inserting the plug into the clip;
2. Fastening the screw, the slab is thus ready to be placed.

THIN SLABS WITH VISIBLE ANCHORING SYSTEM

Assembling vertical profiles
The vertical structure is anchored onto the wall by means of corbels and as many anchors as needed. The vertical profiles
will come together with the vertical joints between the panels.

Assembling the panel
To put up the panel, start at the bottom end and anchor the panel with two self drilling screws 4.2x19 and a start clip
that goes onto the surface of the vertical profile.

It is now possible to fasten a whole line of start clips onto the profiles or put up a whole “column of panels”.

Having inserted the start clips, before fitting the panels on the clips, with the help of a suitable applicator (gun) put a
line of elastomer down the vertical profiles that are in contact with the sintered ceramic and fit a panel into the flanges of the start clips.

Keep hold of the ceramic slab, at the top of the panel put the standard clips in the two flanges (one on each vertical side
of the panel) and screw them into the profiles using self drilling screws 4.2x19.
